The Best Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe
THE BEST Chocolate Chip Cookies EVER!
Yield: 3 Dozen
Ingredients
- 1 cup Salted Butter, Browned
- 1 1/2c Light Brown Sugar
- 1/2c. Granulated Sugar
- 2 Large Eggs
- 2T Maple Syrup
- 1T Vanilla
- 3c. All Purpose Flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp bakin powder
- 2 tsp corn starch
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2c. Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- PreHeat oven to 350degrees
- Place sauté pan over medium-low heat. Add butter to pan and allow to melt. Once bubbles start to form swirl the pan gently until you see the color change to amber. Remove from heat and allow to cool at least 5 minutes
- In large bowl combine butter and sugar and mix together until completely combined. Add eggs one at a time followed by Maple syrup and vanilla. In separate bowl mix together flour, baking soda, baking powder, corn starch, and salt. Slowly add dry ingredients into wet and mix until just combined. Add in chocolate chips.
- Cover and allow dough to chill for 30 minutes prior to baking. Once chilled 2T size spoonfuls of dough onto non-stick baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 or until edges just start to color. DO NOT OVER BAKE. They will still feel very soft when you remove from the oven. I promise they will firm up after you remove. If you make the cookies smaller or bigger, adjust the time accordingly. Just watch them and once the color on the edges remove from oven.
