No-Churn Ice Cream
99% of us do not have an ice cream maker at home. But that doesn't mean we have to miss out on the fun of making it ourselves. Here you will find a fool-proof recipe for making a basic ice cream at home. You can add whatever mix-ins you want to change up the flavor too! Pictured I have added mini Reese's cups and peanut butter! YUM!!!

Ingredients
- 1 14oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 2c. heavy cream
Instructions
- Whisk together sweetened condense milk, vanilla, and salt in large bowl.
- In stand mixer with whisk attachment, or with hand mixer beat cold cream until stiff peaks form, about 2 minutes.
- 1 cup at a time gently fold in whipped cream to milk mixture.
- Pour into loaf pan and freeze.
- After 2 hours feel free to mix in any flavors or fillings to want to add. Return to freezer and continue to chill until hard. About 3 more hours.
