Overnight Oats are the staple everyone needs in the morning. Delicious, nutritious, filling, and oh so satisfying, I love to nuke mine up a tad in the microwave to get the fruit a tad bit warm so there is an incredible contrast when I eat it. This is a base recipe, so feel free to expand on it as you like!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. Old Fashion Oats
  • 1T Chia Seeds
  • 1T Hemp Seeds
  • 1T Honey
  • 1/2 tsp cinammon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1c. Almond Milk (vanilla unsweetened)
  • 1/2c berries

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into a mason jar, or whichever container you prefer to use.
  2. Gently Stir to combine all ingredients
  3. Cover and allow to sit overnight to absorb liquid.
  4. In the morning, pop the top, grab a spoon and enjoy!
