Overnight Oats are the staple everyone needs in the morning. Delicious, nutritious, filling, and oh so satisfying, I love to nuke mine up a tad in the microwave to get the fruit a tad bit warm so there is an incredible contrast when I eat it. This is a base recipe, so feel free to expand on it as you like!
Ingredients
- 1/2 c. Old Fashion Oats
- 1T Chia Seeds
- 1T Hemp Seeds
- 1T Honey
- 1/2 tsp cinammon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1c. Almond Milk (vanilla unsweetened)
- 1/2c berries
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a mason jar, or whichever container you prefer to use.
- Gently Stir to combine all ingredients
- Cover and allow to sit overnight to absorb liquid.
- In the morning, pop the top, grab a spoon and enjoy!
