Best EVER Peach Crisp
Ok. I legitimately can’t stop eating this crisp. I dare say this is one of the best things I’ve ever made. Granted, I am a HUGE crisp lover. Give me anything with than crispy, sweet, buttery topping on it and I’m happy. When I was young I would ask for a crisp every year for my birthday dessert. No cake for this girly! Berry crisp is typically my favorite, but this time of year with the peaches and ripe and sweet at they are, you have to take advantage. Give this recipe a try and let me know how you like it!

Legitimately the best peach crisp EVER. I mean, this is probably the best crisp ever just swap out for any fruit you like. I couldn't stop eating this. Best part, it is sooooooo easy! You will impress family and friends with minimal effort. Gotta give this one a try!
Ingredients
Peach Filling
- 4 ripe peaches, cut into bite size pieces
- 2/3 c granulated sugar
- 2T lemon juice
- 1tsp vanilla
- 1/2tsp salt
- 2T corn starch
Crisp Topping
- 3/4c All Purpose Flour
- 3/4c Dark Brown Sugar
- 1/2c Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
- 1tsp cinammon
- 1/2tsp nutmeg
- 1/2tsp salt
- 1 stick softened butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350deg.
- Place diced peaches in large bowl. Add remainder of ingredients and mix together. Place to the side
- In separate bowl combine all ingredients for topping. Using your hands mix the butter into the rest of the ingredients. It should resemble wet sand once you are done with it.
- Spray a square baking dish with cooking spray. Place peach mixture in dish then top with crisp topping. Like to sprinkle some sea salt over the topping before baking
- Bake for 40 minutes. Let sit for 10 minutes prior to serving.
