Ingredients
- 2lb ground beef
 - 1 large white onion, diced
 - 1/4c chili powder
 - 1/2tsp garlic powder
 - 1/2tsp cumin
 - 1/2 tsp mustard powder
 - 1/2tsp coriander
 - 1/4tsp cinnamon
 - 1/4tsp cayenne pepper
 - 1tsp salt
 - 1/2tsp pepper
 - 1 6oz container tomato paste
 - 1/4c ketchup
 - 2c beef broth
 - 2c water
 - 2tsp worchestershire
 
Instructions
- Place large dutch oven over medium heat. Add beef and onions and saute until fully cooked. Drain excess oil
 - Return pan to stove top and add in all spices. Cook 1 minute to toast and incorporate spices. Add in tomato paste and cook another 1-2 minutes. Finally, add in ketchup, broth, and water. Stir to combine
 - Lower heat and allow to simmer for 1-2 hours.
 - Add Worcestershire sauce and adjust seasonings as desired.
