Ingredients
- 1lb lump crab meat
- 3/4c panic bread crumbs
- 2Tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1/3c mayonnaise
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1tsp hot sauce
- 1/2tsp salt
- 1/4tsp pepepr
- Neutral oil for pan frying
Instructions
- Whisk eggs, mayo, mustard, Worcestershire, hot sauce, and salt and pepper together until fully combined
- In medium bowl add crab meat, panko, and parsley. Add in egg mixture and gently toss together being careful not to break up the crab meat too much. Form into 8 patties (depending on the size you want)
- Place large skillet over medium heat. Coat pan with oil and allow to heat until shimmering. You can splash a little water in it and if it bubbles it is ready. Add patties to pan cooking 4 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Transfer to cooling rack and finish with a sprinkle of salt. Serve with a lemon wedge, over lettuce, or make into sliders!
