Single Serve Dark Chocolate Chip Cookie

I love the idea of a single serve dessert. Sometimes you just want 1...or 2 cookies! This recipe is perfect for Valentine's Day coming up. Finish you date night dinner at home with 2 of these gooey, fudgey cookies. The perfect finish to a romantic evening!
Ingredients
- 2T butter, softened
- 1/4c brown sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2T cocoa powder
- 1/8 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4c all purpose flour
- 3T semi sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350deg
- In medium bowl combine butter and sugar together with whisk until smooth.
- Add egg yolk and vanilla and mix until combined.
- In separate bowl combine cocoa powder, baking soda, salt and flour together.
- Add flour to wet ingredients and fold in to combine.
- Finally adding chocolate chips
- Divide dough into to cookies and place on baking sheet. Bake at 350deg for 10-11 minutes until the outer edges of the cookies are JUST set.
